Securely place the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
